How to Return
Simply send us an email at and include your name, email address, order ID, and the reason for your return. We will usually respond within 24 business hours on the details of the return process. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the items to us.  If you are re-using the package you received, please cover the old shipping label with the new return label. Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the sale date.

If anything with your order was incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, for example the package was damaged or an item was defective, we must be notified within 7 days of your receipt of the item. We will exchange, refund, or send you a shipping label for your return. Direct Refreshments reserves the right to determine whether to provide you with a refund for a product instead of an exchange. Please note, we may ask you for a photo of the item so that the carrier or manufacturer can investigate the damage (this will not delay the return process in anyway).

If you choose to return your order because the product is no longer wanted, was disliked or was an accidental order, we ask that the product being returned is unused and in the original packaging and your order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days of our receipt of your return.  Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our site.
